Support

If you encounter any issues during registration then please contact the club registrar for assistance

  • Spencer Adams (spenceradams12@gmail.com)

We have several options for supporting players who might struggle to afford registration costs. Please contact your program director or coach to discuss them. For youth and junior players we typically work with Kidsport Victoria to support those players. Contact Westshore RFC Treasurer for more information.

Refund Policy

Westshore RFC recognizes that there are various times when refunds are appropriate. The following policy explains our approach to assessing requests for refunds.

  • Full refunds within two weeks of the initial registration date can be sought directly through the player’s Sportlomo account
  • Refunds of Rugby Canada and BC Rugby Union dues are outside the purview of Westshore RFC, and are not included in this policy statement. Players can pursue refunds of those portions directly from Rugby Canada and the BCRU.
  • Requests for refunds made to the club after that initial two week period will be assessed with the following factors:
    • If the player does not play a game and did not receive any kit, then a full refund will be given if it is requested in writing within 3 weeks of the initial registration
    • If a player requests a refund based on exceptional circumstances outside of their control then the club will determine an amount that is typically pro-rated based on the length of the season
    • Typical exceptional circumstances include season ending injury, involuntary employment relocation or hardship
  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Director of Registration or another executive member
  • Refunds will be determined by the Director of Registration in consultation with the program director and president
